Allowing present governments to limit successors debt..

Ideally one would want to do the opposite as usually current govts pay for sins committed by previous govts. However, there  are some cases (exceptional though) when the current govt is fiscally responsible and wants to tie the hands of future govts.

He goes through his recent travel and economics experience in Zimbabwe. In the process, he covers many a things about Zimbabwe. I mean such articles make you understand more than just a paper on Zim economy..

He doesn’t understand why Zimbabwe despite being so rich has prices equivalent to NY.
